Monday, July 1 – Day 1
11.00-13.00 Morning Session: welcome and input: introducing the idea and possible setup for the Sensible Garden exhibition – meeting at RIXC Gallery, Lencu iela 2, followed by visiting the festival venues.
+ 13.00 – 15.00 lunch break + walk through Riga
15.00 – 18.00 – new 360 video experiments un field recordings + work on individual projects – at RIXC Gallery
18.00 – technical session with Kristaps – Unity for 360-video / Ivo – field recordings 

Tuesday, July 2 – Day 2
10.00 – 11.30  Morning Session: coffee and brainstorming on new joint project for the Sensible Garden exhibition
11.30 – trip to Ziemelblazma (to see new media art students exhibition) and visiting seaside – for field recordings and 360-video experiments
+ 12.30-13.30 – lunch
16.00 – 18.00 – editing session + work on individual projects – at RIXC Gallery
18.00 – technical session with Kristaps – Unity for 360-video / Ivo – how to make sound for 360 video in unity

Wednesday, July 3 – Day 3
11.00 – 13.00 – Morning Session: working on both joint and individual projects, discussing the set up in the Sensible Garden exhibition.
13.00 – 15.00 – lunch break
15.00-18.00 input – Lecture and meeting with Luc Steels, AI expert and festival keynote, followed by the meeting with Un/Green artists (tbc.)
18.00 – technical set up and testing of the artworks for Sensible Garden exhibition. 

Thursday, July 4 – Opening Festival Day 1
14.00 – 15.00 Coffee and Registration for the conference
15.00 The conference begins… –

Friday, July 5 – Conference Day 1
10.00 – the conference begins…
Venue: The Art Academy of Latvia, k-2, and parallel sessions in the Museum

Saturday, July 6 – Conference Day 2
10.00 – the conference begins…
Venue: The Art Academy of Latvia, k-2, and parallel sessions in the Museum
17.00 – the Closing programme of the Festival, and guided walk through the Sensible Garden exhibition at the garden and rooftop of the Art Academy.
NB! Your artworks for the Sensible Garden exhibition should be set up and ready by 16.00 !
